Application and Program Review Committee
Recommend funding criteria to whole HPCGC for approval. Reviews City and Continuum of Care applications from HPCGC members to assure quality of application, and rank applications based on criteria set by the group. Members: organizations not requesting City or Federal funds.

Press, marketing, communication, networking for HPCGC.

Homeless Advisory Committee

“The homeless advisory committee brings together citizens of the community, including homeless and formerly homeless persons, to raise awareness of the needs of the homeless population to the greater community at large.”

“National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day” Observance Committee, Ad Hoc

National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day brings attention to the tragedy of homelessness and remembers those who have died while experiencing homelessness in our community. This committee is tasked with planning our annual NHPMD observance.

The Point in Time Count is a one day, statistically reliable, unduplicated count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless individuals and families in the county, and this committee is tasked with coordinating the count.

Resource Development Committee
Chair: Benita Williams
Encourage relationship between funders and HPC as a group, including planning events to facilitate interaction between foundations/other funders and HPC. Research additional funding sources which may be interested in funding programs through this collaboration. Members: HPCGC members experienced in/interested in raising money.
